The meeting will be held in the Walker-Ames Room, Kane Hall, on the Universify of Washington campus in Seattle. The meeting goes from 1 pm to 5:30 pm, with a short break midway, and a social hour following. Automobile access to Kane Hall is best made by entering the Underground Garage on 15th Ave. NE and NE 41st street.

Out of town guests can make reservations at the University Inn, 4240 Roosevelt Way NE, which is within about five blocks of Kane Hall. The guest can call University Inn direct and ask for the UW Visitors Rate (this is a discounted rate on all room types). For example they can get a deluxe room for $95 plus tax (or a standard room for something less). There is currently a special promotion for guests making a reservation online.
