Isabell S. Notkin, mother of CSE chair David Notkin and dear friend to many of us in CSE, passed away on November 23, 2003.

You may also remember Isabell by leaving a small stone if you visit her gravesite (she is buried at Bikur Cholim Cemetery, 1340 North 115th Street, Seattle), and/or by making a donation to the Fremont Public Association (http://www.fremontpublic.org), a Seattle social service agency where she served on the board for several years.
