It is pretty amazing to see these driverless vehicles navigate a challenging course at speeds up to 35 mph. CMU and Stanford are the class of the field. Berkeley (the motorcycle) and Caltech (an entirely undergraduate team) are doing amazing things on shoestring budgets. The Axion twins were nowhere to be found, but Humvee #32, which claimed an affiliation with UCSD, blasted through barricades and into the rear end of an obstacle car. Overall, incredible progress since last year.
