Since the dedication of the Paul G. Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering in October 2003, we have assembled a wonderful collection of art by UW-affiliated artists, including Wendell Brazeau, Kenneth Callahan, Chuck Close, Imogen Cunningham, Joe Max Emminger, Karen Ganz, Fay Jones, Robert Jones, John-Franklin Koenig, Jacob Lawrence, Norman Lundin, James Martin, Alden Mason, Stephen McClelland, Johsel Namkung, Ambrose Patterson, Julie Speidel, Roger Shimomura, Akio Takamori, George Tsutakawa, and Art Wolfe.

On November 21 2006, UW CSE hosted an "Art Walk" to celebrate this collection, to thank those who made it possible, and to inaugurate Erwin Redl's "Nocturnal Flow" installation in the Allen Center.
